Unlike retainer clients, hourly package clients are required to clearly outline the services and tasks their hours will be used for before work begins. These packages are designed for more focused projects and do not include the same level of flexibility as monthly retainers. Significant changes in scope, priorities, or service types may require a new package or updated approval before additional work continues.
