NGH and ICBCH Certified Clinical Hypnotist

Caryn Bird is a well-known hypnotherapist and coach. In addition to her hypnotherapy practice, she also teaches other hypnotherapists how to work with athletes through her course, “Attitude of Champion Academy.” When she first contacted Inspiring Inks, she was looking for someone to help manage her business and students.

Over the years, we have assisted Caryn with multiple tasks and have been working with her for four years to manage her business and handle all technical and design needs.

We began by automating her student onboarding emails and system. We helped transition her course from another platform to her own site on WordPress using Wishlist. This new course system is easier to navigate and allows students to log in more easily.

Additionally, we set up HoneyBook for Caryn to manage contracts and receive automatic payments.

For her marketing, we helped set up and design a robust funnel using Zapier, CartFlows, and ActiveCampaign. These complex funnels help people download a freebie, send emails asking questions, move respondents to a different funnel, invite them to workshops, offer upsells at checkout and send workshop reminders.

We also assist Caryn with day-to-day business tasks. We set up Slack for easier team communication and ClickUp to manage tasks and assets. We created standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline instructions. Furthermore, Inspiring Inks has helped her hire team members by posting job listings, finding ideal candidates, and assisting with team onboarding.

We continue to manage student onboarding and email marketing, along with many other daily tasks for Caryn.

Tonisha Stalnaker is the owner of Stalnaker Virtual Solutions. Inspiringinks has partnered with Tonisha for the last three years, collaborating on numerous projects.

Web Design

Inspiringinks has designed and developed many websites in collaboration with Stalnaker Virtual Solutions. One notable project involved a lawyer who needed a unique feature on his website. He wanted clients to order his services with the same ease as ordering a pizza. Inspiringinks identified the perfect plugin to meet this need and set up the website accordingly. Additionally, the client wanted notifications for orders received from another company he was working with, but the integration was costly. Inspiringinks found a solution by integrating his email with his project management tool, Clio, so that every notification created a task for his team to address.

CRM, Email Marketing, and Project Management Tools

Inspiringinks also assisted Stalnaker Virtual Solutions in setting up CRM systems, email marketing tools, and project management software. These tools were always tailored to the specific needs of each client. Inspiringinks started by identifying the client’s needs and researching the best tools that fit their budget and requirements. They then created a plan for seamless integration and ensured everything worked flawlessly.

Branding

Branding is a crucial aspect of any business, whether starting out or growing. Inspiringinks has helped Tonisha’s clients with visual branding, including selecting colors, fonts, and textures that represent their business, evoke emotions in customers, and create a visual representation of what the business stands for.

Caroline approached Inspiringinks because her website had been hacked. This is a common issue with WordPress sites if not properly maintained. We successfully revived her website and increased its speed. However, after consulting with her about her needs and goals, we concluded that WordPress was too advanced for her requirements and incurred unnecessary maintenance costs. We recommended migrating her website to Wix, which is more user-friendly and easier for her to manage. A year later, Caroline is very happy with the shift and manages her website easily by herself without additional costs. Inspiringinks works with various website platforms, including Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and Shopify. Each platform has its own advantages and disadvantages, so we recommend consulting with a professional when planning to create a website.
