  • Packages are purchased in advance
  • Hours do not expire until fully used
  • Once all hours are used, work pauses immediately
  • Additional work begins only after a new package is purchased

Unlike retainer clients, hourly package clients are required to clearly outline the services and tasks their hours will be used for before work begins. These packages are designed for more focused projects and do not include the same level of flexibility as monthly retainers. Significant changes in scope, priorities, or service types may require a new package or updated approval before additional work continues.

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST. Messages received outside these hours will be answered during the next business day whenever possible.

No. Unused retainer hours roll over into future months, giving you flexibility when your workload changes.

Yes. Once payment is complete, you fully own the final deliverables created for your business.

No. We follow SEO best practices and build websites that are eligible for Google indexing, but rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed because they depend on search engines.

Either party may end services with written notice. Any remaining transition work, such as SOPs, training materials, or handover documentation, can be completed using your remaining hours.
