To keep everything super simple, we have created hourly-based packages. This gives clients the benefit of jumping from one service to another without worrying about requesting new quote for a particular service, mentioning it in the discovery call, or adding it to the contract. This allowed us to start working with some clients on the same day!
CONNECT
Our services are mentioned in detail on our website, so you can explore and plan as much as you need to feel confident. However, the best way to find out how things work, and what works for you, is by directly connecting with us.
A simple message explaining your problem and/or the areas of your business you need help with will do that. You can contact us through our Contact Form, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp. We check all of them several times a day, so nothing in particular is better than the others. Just use the one you are most comfortable with.
DISCUSS
After discussing initial details through messages or email, we will invite you to a discovery call. Sometimes, during a coffee chat, we may have already covered many of these details.
In the discovery call, we learn more about your business, goals, daily tasks, budget, and the areas where you need support. We also discuss where your business is heading and what you want to achieve.
At the end of the meeting, we create a plan, discuss priorities and timelines, and estimate the hours needed to achieve your goals.
START
After the discovery call, We will send you an Onboarding-email. A neat list, detailing all the platforms, sheets, or resources, we will need to start working on your projects. This email will also include all the payment methods that can be used to pay us
After getting access to all the platforms. We will start helping you with your project. It usually take a 2 to 3 lines of instruction from clients to start hours of work.
How do your hour packages work?

If you are working with us, you will see a two-hour base packages sequence on our pricing and packages page. One is for short-term clients and the other one is for long-term clients.

Short Term Assistance
If you are looking for short-term work the process is quite simple. Just choose a package, from all the short-term packages that suit you and send us an email.
If in between the project, you felt that you need to add more features to your current project, you don’t have to do anything other than letting us know that you also need those features added.
The process will never stop to discuss a new quote. This, especially help in design and automation projects. You can subtract or add things, or even turn around the project completely and you don’t have to worry about the current agreement. When you are out of hours, we will let you know and you can simply buy more of them for us to keep working on the project.
