Do unused retainer hours expire?

No. Unused retainer hours roll over into future months, giving you flexibility when your workload changes.

What happens if I use more hours than my retainer package?

Retainer clients can go into a negative hour balance when needed. Any additional hours used are simply deducted from future monthly balances so work can continue without interruption.

Can I switch tasks and services freely?

Retainer clients have the most flexibility and can use their hours across approved services as business needs change.

For one-time packages, clients are asked to outline the services and tasks their hours will be used for before work begins. Significant changes to scope or priorities may require a new package or approval before additional work continues.

Is communication billable?

Yes. Time spent on meetings, project planning, research, emails, messaging, and project coordination is included as part of your hourly usage.

Will I receive hour reports?

Retainer clients receive a monthly hour report showing completed work, hours used, and remaining balances.

What happens if we stop working together?

Either party may end services with written notice. Any remaining transition work, such as SOPs, training materials, or handover documentation, can be completed using your remaining hours.

Do I own the work created for me?

Yes. Once payment is complete, you fully own the final deliverables created for your business.

Do one-time package hours expire?

No. One-time package hours do not expire. They remain available until all purchased hours have been used. However you can’t go in to minus hours and the work is stopped the moment all hours are used up

What happens when my one-time package hours run out?

Once all purchased hours have been used, work will pause and we will notify you. Work resumes after a new package is purchased.
