Maria has 15 years of experience in the digital marketing space. Maria started her digital marketing journey at the age of 17 as a junior SEO expert. Very soon, she started dabbling in tech SEO and web development. Our operating hours are from 9 AM to 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
No, we can’t accept PayPal. They don’t operate in our country. Xoom is a great service where you can send us money directly to our bank account through your PayPal and it’s extremely easy to use. We also accept Payoneer and TransferWise You can contact us for other sources.
$20 an hour. Sometimes, however, We make special offers for new clients which we announce on the website.
You can buy as much hours as you want, we will only restrict you if we don’t have bandwidth.
Your hours will never expire if you are a retainer client; they will simply roll over to the next month. There are a few rules:
Ghosting us:
We understand that life gets busy, but if you don’t respond to us for 60 days, we will expire your unused hours.
If you take a break of longer than 30 days, you will have to wait a week before we start working on your project again. This will only happen if we are busy with other clients’ work.
We will deduct 1 to 2 hours if you cut communication with us for more than 30 days, depending on how much time it takes us to onboard you again.
The rates will not change for long-term clients. As per our contract, you will get the same hourly rates for six months from the day you’ve paid your first invoice.
After six months, we may change our rates. We will notify you a month in advance if we decide to raise our rates for you.
No. Buying a package gives you some benefits, but it’s not required to work with us.
You can buy a custom amount of hours from us. Our hourly rate is $20.

- The amount of writing hour report will be deducted from your hours.
Yes. But you have to notify us that you want an hour-break-down report before we start working on your project. Also, we will deduct 15 to 20 minutes from your existing hours, depending on the time it takes to write the report.
